Certificates of analysis
Every lot ships with batch-specific HPLC and mass-spec results. Request a COA with your batch number.
Storage & handling
Lyophilized vials are stable at 2-8°C, protected from light. Keep sealed until use in your protocol.
Damaged or missing items
Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.

How long does UK delivery take?
Tracked UK delivery is typically 1-2 business days. International options are available at checkout.
Can I request a specific batch COA?
Yes — email us the batch number printed on your vial label and we'll send the full report.
Do you offer bulk or lab pricing?
We do. Contact us with quantities and compounds and we'll return a quote within one business day.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days. Cold-chain items opened or out of temperature cannot be resold.
